• - Certificate of incorporation
• - Copies of the license, permission/Approvals by regulatory authority where applicable.
• - Brief write up on Ownership and Management (Age, Qualification, Experience, Designation, responsibilities handled, etc.)
• - List of work orders in hand
• - List of Major Suppliers and Buyers
• - Past three years Audited financial report.
• - Estimate for the current financial year and the projections for the next financial year.
